1) Make sure you’re logged in.

Go here to enter your email and password. If you lost your password click the “forgot password” link to reset it. Once you’re logged in, click the “dashboard” link in the nav bar at the top of this page.

2) Check the URL.

If you typed in the web address, double check that you entered it correctly. If you clicked a link in a menu tab or course email and landed here, try step 3.

3) Refresh your cookies.

No, I’m not talking about the yummy kind of cookies that you eat. If you’re having trouble getting into a module or area of the members site that shouldn’t be blocked, check out our FAQ section for information on how to troubleshoot some common issues. Usually clearing the cookies in your browser will do the trick. Visit the FAQ page for step-by-step instructions.

4) Email support.

You’ve checked that the URL, you’ve refreshed your cookies, and you’re still locked out. Bummer. Now it’s time to call in the big guns. Send an email to support [at] DIYMFA [dot] com and we’ll help you get it sorted out. Please make sure to mention the type of computer and browser you’re using.
